Wash & Fold

Your laundry will be picked up, color separated, washed in cold water, dried, folded, and returned to you. Same-day service is $2.75 per pound. Express same-day service is $10 more per order. Pickup and delivery is free. Minimum 15 pounds.

Do you have garments that need pressed? We press garments for an additional $2 per item.

For customers in Tulsa, get your laundry returned the same day. Outside of Tulsa? Based on our workload and your location, we will notify you after your order if there are any additional delivery fees or extended delivery times.

Do I put my clothes out for pickup in laundry bags?

You can leave your laundry in any bag. If it’s a disposable bag, we will return and replace it with one of our bags.

What days do you pick up and deliver?
We pick up and deliver Monday through Saturday.
Do I have to separate lights and darks?
You can but it’s not necessary. We will separate your lights and darks before we wash.
Do I have to be home for pickups and deliveries?

No. When you place your order let us know where you would like for us to leave it. At drop-off we will take a picture of your laundry and text it to you.

Do you launder clothes in cold water or hot?
We normally launder clothes in cold water. If you would like for us to use a different temperature, please specify in the special instructions.
Do you use fabric softener?
We don’t normally use fabric softener or dryer sheets. If you need us to use either just include it in the special instructions.
Which laundry detergent do you use?
We use Tide Plus Ultra. This detergent outperformed all others in a Consumer Reports study.
Do my clothes get mixed with other orders?
No. We keep all our laundry orders separated from each other.
Can I request a hypoallergenic detergent?
Yes. You can specify that you want a hypoallergenic detergent on the order form.
Can you hang-dry certain items?
We are not able to hang-dry laundry and deliver them on the same day. There’s not enough time for them to completely dry.
What time do I place my order get same day?

If you order by 8:00 am, we will return before 6:00 pm for $2 per pound. After 8:00 am and before 12:00 pm, we will return before 6:00 pm for $3 per pound.

Do you offer dry cleaning?

We currently do not provide dry cleaning.
